The goal of the series is to expose the congregation of more than 3,000 families to a new way of thinking," Father Scott Attanasio told Daily Voice.

"We want to give them a greater understanding of what our faith teaches and help them see things differently," said Father Attanasio, who has been with the church for 14 years.

The screenings will take place on the following Sundays at 2 p.m. in the LaSalle Center, located at 200 Ridge Road:

  • Sunday, April 17th: The Song of Bernadette
  • Sunday, May 15th: Pius XII
  • Sunday, June 26th: Peter and Paul

The films will be projected on a big screen, and there is room for 80 people, Father Attanasio said.

"We invite everyone to come and watch one of our religious movies," said Father Attanasio, who selected all the films himself. " It is a great way to spend the afternoon and grow in your faith."
